Description
The U.S. Marine Corps Forces Special Operations Command intends to award a one-year, single-award definitive contract for Advance Training Company support at the Marine Raider Training Center. The requirement includes exercise design, development, and management; scenario construction; full-mission profiles; tailored training support; and formal advanced special reconnaissance training for Critical Skills Operators supporting Marine Special Operations Companies. Contractor support will also cover Special Reconnaissance, Instructor Sustainment, and other advanced special reconnaissance courses. The notice identifies Threat Tec LLC as the intended sole-source awardee and incumbent, citing the need for continuity, cleared and highly vetted personnel, existing knowledge of relevant tactics, techniques, and procedures, and avoidance of transition delays. The estimated total price is $2,994,950.40. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation for consideration of a competitive procurement instead of the proposed sole-source action.
