Description
Marine Forces Special Operations Command is seeking various human performance and rehabilitation equipment through a single firm-fixed-price purchase order. The requirement includes athletic training and weightlifting equipment, therapy and rehabilitation systems, cognitive assessment and neurofeedback devices, hydration testing systems and consumables, flooring, massage tables, office furnishings, and related accessories. The updated pricing workbook identifies 30 contract line items with specified quantities, brand-name or equal requirements, and delivery locations. Brand-name items must be quoted exactly as specified, while proposed “or equal” items require detailed technical literature or specifications demonstrating compliance with the salient characteristics. Offerors must complete and submit the updated pricing workbook, include required technical documentation for equal items, and certify authorized-reseller status for brand-name items. The award will be a single firm-fixed-price purchase order to the lowest-priced technically acceptable offeror. Delivery is FOB Destination within 30 days after receipt of order, although vendors may propose reasonable alternative lead times for manufacturing constraints; a one-year standard commercial warranty is required for all items, including installation and labor where applicable.
