Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking one package of 200 absorbent fine endodontic paper points, packaged as 40 cells of five points each. The item is NSN 6520-00-904-1978 and must have a 48-month non-extendable shelf life, with no more than seven months elapsed from manufacture to delivery. The bidder must identify the proposed source and part number; alternate offers require a complete data package for evaluation. The product is FDA-regulated and must meet applicable registration, listing, labeling, good manufacturing practice, packaging, marking, and domestic-material requirements. Delivery is FOB destination within 20 days after order, with destination inspection and acceptance, to the USNS Comfort medical treatment facility.
