Description
The Indian Health Service is soliciting quotations for a firm-fixed-price contract covering preventive maintenance, inspection, testing, calibration, minor repairs, routine wear parts, and emergency service calls for the Northern Cheyenne Service Unit’s dental equipment. The equipment inventory includes sterilizers, suction and vacuum systems, compressors, dental chairs, delivery units, overhead lights, radiology equipment, intraoral scanners, printers, ultrasonic scalers, and related cabinetry components. The contractor must be authorized or certified to service A-dec, Dentsply, Cavitron, and other covered OEM equipment, and must provide qualified technicians and OEM or OEM-equivalent parts. The base period is one year with four one-year option periods. Preventive maintenance must begin within 30 days of award and thereafter follow OEM-recommended frequencies; emergency calls require a qualified technician to be onsite within 48 hours of government notification. Offerors must submit four clearly marked PDF volumes: a technical volume limited to 10 pages, a past-performance volume, a price volume using the government-provided price schedule, and an administrative volume containing specified business, registration, representation, negotiation-authority, amendment-acknowledgment, and conflict-of-interest information. Technical questions are due September 28, 2026, and quotations are due by October 19, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. Mountain Daylight Time.
