Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking quotations for four dental scaler kits under two purchase requests, with two kits required for each request. The kit is described as containing one 15/30 Towner and one McCall curette. The requested item is NSN 6520-01-701-6776, and quoters must specify the source and part number being supplied. Alternate offers must include complete technical data sufficient to evaluate the proposed product. The supplies must be delivered FOB destination within five days after award, with destination inspection and acceptance. Commercial packaging, medical marking, and applicable military packaging and shipment-marking requirements apply.
