Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking four holder sets for dental radiographic film exposure and RVG sensors, NSN 6525-01-718-4891. Each set includes horizontal and vertical bitewing holders and horizontal and vertical periapical holders for intraoral image capture. The requested item is described as a patient-held, toothbrush-style holder set made from durable materials for accurate sensor positioning. The quotation must be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System. Delivery is required within five days after order, FOB destination, with destination inspection and acceptance. Commercial packaging, sealed unit containers, medical marking, and the specified palletization and packaging requirements apply. The solicitation is not a small-business set-aside.
