Description
CalOptima Health is seeking one qualified dental provider or dental services organization to deliver comprehensive dental care to approximately 580 PACE members, with anticipated annual growth of 10–15%. Required services include preventive care, diagnostic services, restorative dentistry, periodontal services, oral surgery, emergency and urgent care, and specialty referrals. Services must be available at a PACE center in Garden Grove, at a future second PACE center, at members’ residences, and in a dental office in Orange County. The provider must support routine, urgent, and emergency access standards; maintain appropriately licensed and certified staff; participate in PACE interdisciplinary-team activities, audits, and quality-improvement initiatives; provide utilization, encounter, treatment, referral, and trend reports, including encounter data in standard 837D format; maintain a secure service platform; and carry specified professional liability, commercial general liability, automobile, workers’ compensation, and cyber liability insurance. The agreement has a one-year initial term with four one-year renewal options and uses a per-member-per-month pricing structure.
