Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking four units of unwaxed dental floss, 200 yards per unit, made of plastic polyamide (nylon). The requested item is NSN 6520-01-677-2830, with the quoter required to identify the source and part number supplied and provide a complete data package for any alternate offer. The supplies must be delivered FOB destination within 81 days after order, packaged according to the stated commercial medical-supply requirements, and marked in accordance with Medical Marking Standard No. 1. The item is FDA-regulated and subject to applicable domestic-material, inspection, packaging, and quality requirements.
