Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting a quotation for one electric dental laboratory press furnace, NSN 6520-01-645-5701, part number 645984EU, manufactured by Ivoclar Vivadent, Inc. The required equipment combines an electronic press drive with quartz-tube Kanthal heating-muffle technology and includes a liquid-crystal graphics display, optical status display, crack-detection system, automatic double-range temperature calibration, and a maximum firing temperature of 1,200 degrees Celsius. The specified closed-furnace dimensions are 19.48 inches deep by 15.55 inches wide by 21.65 inches high, with a weight of 45.1 pounds. The quotation is for one unit, delivered FOB destination within 20 days after award.
