Description
The City of Northfield is soliciting a contractor to construct Phase 2 of its existing skateboard park, consisting of an approximately 10,000-square-foot expansion designed to serve broader experience levels. The work includes removals, site grading, concrete sidewalks, a concrete skatepark, retaining walls, a bituminous trail, utilities, site amenities, and site restoration. Major quantities include installation of the concrete skatepark, common embankment, concrete walk, PVC sewer, bituminous pavement, a prefabricated modular block wall, topsoil borrow, erosion prevention, and residential turfgrass. The work must be completed by October 15, 2027. Bids must be submitted electronically through QuestCDN, and the successful bidder must provide performance and payment bonds for the full awarded amount.
