Description
The Northern Indiana Commuter Transportation District is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors to perform railroad tie replacement in accordance with the technical specifications contained in the bid packet. Bids must be submitted electronically through the designated plan-room submission link, in PDF format and on the forms included in the bid package. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The bid opening will be conducted both in person and virtually. The solicitation states that bids must remain valid for 60 days after opening and that the district may reject any or all bids or waive technical defects.
