Description
The City of Norcross's Information Technology Department is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified cybersecurity consulting firms. The scope of work includes assessing the city's current security posture, developing a comprehensive security and compliance framework, and delivering tailored training to city personnel. The objective is to help the city establish a sustainable and self-sufficient cybersecurity governance structure. This solicitation also includes requirements for contractors and subcontractors to verify their compliance with Georgia's Security and Immigration Compliance Act of 2006, which involves using the federal work authorization program (E-Verify) and submitting affidavits to confirm lawful presence in the United States. A list of acceptable secure and verifiable documents for identification purposes is also provided.
