The City of Tucker, Georgia is requesting proposals for Construction, Engineering, and Inspection (CEI) services, including Materials Testing in accordance with GDOT Standards and Specifications, for the SR410/US78 @ CR9476/MountainIndBlvd Roadway Improvement Project (PI0017399). The selected firm will work closely with the selected contractor and City of Tucker staff to ensure a successful project. The construction contract is tentatively scheduled for award on August 10, 2026, with an anticipated construction duration of approximately 548 calendar days. This project is funded by the City of Tucker's capital project budget and grant funding from the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT). Key responsibilities include contract administration, construction inspection, documentation, record maintenance, quality assurance, RFI/submittal coordination, pay application review, environmental compliance, schedule management, and final acceptance coordination. The selected firm will provide a project manager to coordinate all activities and oversee inspections, and is expected to be on-site through substantial completion. The firm must also furnish all necessary labor, materials, and equipment. The project is a lump sum priced project, and no change orders will be issued for unforeseen scheduled delays or differing site conditions.
