Description
Gwinnett County is seeking competitive sealed bids from qualified contractors for the Old Rockbridge Road and Williams Road from Bishop Circle to Singleton Road Pedestrian Improvement Projects. This project involves 0.632 miles of clearing and grubbing, grading, sidewalk, curb and gutter, traffic signal installation, ATMS, striping, and waterline installation. Key quantities include 2,500 CY of earthwork, 3,130 LF of curb and gutter, 2,682 SY of concrete flatwork, 1,555 LF of storm drain pipe, 45 TN of asphalt, 1 LS for traffic signal, 140 CY of concrete structures, and 1,260 LF of waterline installation. Bids are due by 2:50 P.M. local time on July 23, 2026, at the Gwinnett County Financial Services-Purchasing Division. A virtual bid opening will be held at 3:00 P.M. Questions regarding bids should be directed to Michael Milstein no later than July 14, 2026.
