The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) is issuing a Public Notice of Advertisement (PNA) for an upcoming Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) services for three projects. The selected consultant will provide quality assurance of construction inspection, materials sampling and testing, documentation, general contract compliance monitoring, auditing, testing, documenting, and compliance verification of the contractor's construction work. Key team leader roles include Construction Lead and Senior Bridge Inspector. Anticipated Area Class requirements include Field Testing of Roadway Construction Materials, Construction Supervision, Rainfall and Runoff Reporting, and Field Inspections for Compliance of Erosion and Sedimentation Control Devices Installation. A restriction of communication is in effect for this project from the advertisement date until award announcement.
