Description
This Invitation to Bid (ITB) No. 2026-064-ITB from DeKalb County Government solicits bids for the Scott Candler Water Treatment Plant Filter Media Replacement project. This capital improvement effort is focused on rehabilitating the existing filters within the plant to maintain reliability, performance, and regulatory compliance. The primary goal of this project is to assist the County in meeting the EPA MCL for six PFAS compounds by October 2029. Reporting of PFAS levels is set to begin in 2027. This solicitation is for responsible bidders.
