Description
The City of Dunwoody, Department of Public Works, is seeking competitive sealed bids for the Dunwoody Rebid Trailway Wayfinding Project. This project involves site preparation, monument sign installation, lighting, and landscaping at 13 identified locations. An add alternate for 9 of these locations is also included. The contract requires the contractor to be a licensed general contractor in Georgia with at least five years of experience in similar work and demonstrate financial ability. Work is expected to commence in July 2026 and be completed within 180 days of the Notice to Proceed, with liquidated damages assessed for delays.
