Description
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) intends to award a sole source firm-fixed-price purchase order to Marty I Heller. This contract will provide international tax expertise and system support for the upkeep of CDC's international payroll software and processes. This action is being solicited under FAR 12.102(a) and 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1), indicating an intent to negotiate with a single source. Interested parties may express their interest and capability to respond. However, this is not a request for competitive quotations. Any responses received by July 1, 2026, 5:00 PM ET, will be considered by the government, but the determination to compete this contract further is at the government's discretion.
