Description
The U.S. Office of Personnel Management is conducting a Sources Sought notice and Request for Information for the follow-on BENEFEDS requirement. The anticipated scope covers FEDVIP enrollment and eligibility services; premium and payroll-allotment administration across more than 50 payroll and annuity providers; direct billing, payment posting, refunds, reconciliation, remittance, and custodial-funds controls; a bilingual, multichannel customer contact center; education, communications, and Open Season support; reporting; fraud, waste, and abuse prevention; and transition-in and transition-out services. The anticipated technical environment includes a web and mobile-responsive enrollment platform, authenticated customer accounts, third-party interfaces, FISMA authorization, FedRAMP-authorized cloud or U.S.-based on-premises hosting, privacy and accessibility compliance, continuity and disaster recovery, and support for large Open Season volumes. Respondents must complete Attachment 1 as an Excel workbook and provide a capability statement of up to 15 pages, or up to 5 pages for teaming-only responses. This is market research only and is not a solicitation or commitment to award a contract.
