The Defense Logistics Agency is conducting a sources-sought inquiry for food-service equipment for multiple buildings at Fort Riley. The equipment list includes commercial shelving, carts, pallet trucks, scales, refrigerators, freezers, heated holding cabinets, kettles, pizza ovens, fryers, food-storage bins, ice machines, steamers, combi ovens, ranges, induction warmers, and related kitchen equipment.
