Description
Washington County Transportation Authority, doing business as Freedom Transit, is soliciting bids for the general construction contract to construct and install a fuel system at the new WCTA Operations Facility. The work is classified under transportation components and systems, heavy construction services, and service-station equipment installation and maintenance services. Bids must comply with applicable federal, state, and local requirements, including Federal Davis-Bacon prevailing wage rates, federal prevailing wage requirements, nondiscrimination, non-collusion, equal employment opportunity, and applicable DBE participation procedures.
