Description
The Moundsville Housing Authority is soliciting bids for construction work at the Helfer Apartment Building. The scope includes removal of the existing roof system and installation of a new EPDM roof system. Bidders must be qualified contractors with a valid West Virginia Contractor’s License and at least five years of experience in the required work. The project is subject to Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, including requirements to extend feasible training and employment opportunities to lower-income project-area residents and to utilize eligible project-area business concerns where feasible.
