Description
The State of Minnesota is seeking one venue within 15 miles of Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport for the MMCAP National Member Conferences in 2027 and 2028. The required date options are April 4–8 or April 11–15, 2027, and March 26–30 or April 2–6, 2028. The venue must provide meals, lodging rooms, meeting rooms, audio-visual equipment, and related conference services for approximately 200 guests for three days and 350 guests for one day at each conference. Attendee counts are estimates only, and the State does not guarantee minimum lodging-room or meal quantities. Prices must remain firm if attendance falls below the estimates. Respondents must state any cancellation charges in dollar amounts on the Price Schedule; if no charge is stated, the State will not pay a cancellation fee. The State may reschedule a cancelled conference by mutual agreement with the contractor. Questions were required in writing to Erin Snaza by September 8, 2026, at 2:00 PM Central Time, and responses are submitted through the SWIFT Supplier Portal by September 18, 2026, at 2:00 PM Central Time.
