Description
Gulf County is soliciting proposals to purchase approximately 1.91 acres identified as Lot 1 of Dalkeith Industrial Park, including the leasehold interest associated with the facility. The property is identified by Parcel ID #00710-000R and is commonly referenced as the Gulf County Industrial Park, Dalkeith Industrial Park Facility. The purchase will be subject to future Economic Development Administration deed restrictions and perpetual covenants of use. The current tenant, Cherokee Air, LLC, reserves an exclusive right of first refusal. Proposals will be evaluated and ranked by the Gulf County Administrator before recommendation to the Gulf County Board of County Commissioners.
