Description
Fresno Unified School District is soliciting proposals for network equipment and related services under RFP 27-08. The scope includes approximately 348 switches and necessary software and licenses, 3,800 antennas, connectors, and related components, 90 feet of cabling, and 200 Cisco Desk Phone 9841 units plus 100 Cisco Desk Phone 9851 units. The bill of materials also identifies Cisco Catalyst 9350 and 9200CX switch equipment, stacking cables, power cables, network management and licensing products, support, and installation accessories. The solicitation also includes basic maintenance of switches, antennas, connectors, and cabling, as well as managed internal broadband services for existing equipment. Quantities are estimates and proposed solutions may require different quantities. Proposals must be submitted through the district's Procureware portal; emailed and faxed submissions are not accepted. Attendance at the virtual pre-proposal conference is mandatory for a responsive proposal.
