Description

Fresno Unified School District is soliciting proposals from a single vendor for a complete network-equipment solution supporting internal connections. The requested scope includes new network switches and VoIP phones, related software and licenses, antennas, connectors and related components, cabling, and applicable maintenance or managed internal broadband services. Quantities in the Form 470 are estimates, and proposals covering only part of the bill of materials will be rejected as nonresponsive. The vendor must provide complete-order fulfillment, be an authorized and certified channel partner for the proposed original equipment manufacturers, and supply new products through authorized channels. Pricing must include applicable equipment costs, licensing, warranties, guarantees, delivery, and other required costs; warranties of up to three years should be bundled where possible. The proposal must address product specifications, total cost of ownership, vendor experience and references, financial stability, manufacturer fulfillment capability, E-Rate participation, and required certifications and declarations. The selected vendor will be responsible for E-Rate Service Provider Invoice Process billing and must maintain firm pricing through the applicable funding year or completion of the project.
