Description
The U.S. Navy is soliciting manufactured hand trucks to meet the design, manufacturing, and performance requirements identified in the solicitation drawings, including associated dolly and support assemblies. The items must be mercury-free, serialized, physically marked in accordance with MIL-STD-129 and MIL-STD-130, identified with required component identification data, and packaged in accordance with applicable military packaging requirements. The contractor must maintain an acceptable ISO 9001 quality system, conduct quality-conformance inspections, perform 100% production-lot testing after first-article approval, and provide inspection and proof-test documentation through the Contract Data Requirements List. Government first-article testing and approval are required; the first-article units must not have been previously load tested. The solicitation is a total small-business set-aside and award evaluation will use the lowest aggregate total price for the total quantity, including the option quantity.
