Description
The Charter Township of Waterford is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a cloud-based recreation management software solution for its Parks and Recreation Department. The system will support program registration and scheduling, facility rentals, revenue and expense tracking, memberships, point-of-sale activities, online registration and payments, public communications, centralized program management, staff access, and reporting. The selected vendor will provide software implementation, system configuration, staff training, and ongoing support and services. The solution must replace the department’s legacy system, provide a secure and user-friendly public interface, generate demographic and financial reports for Township Board presentations, and be compatible with the Township’s MUNIS financial management system. Proposals must include three similar government or nonprofit references, municipalities currently using the product, a proposed implementation and support scope, detailed itemized pricing, and annual not-to-exceed pricing for an initial two-year term and three optional one-year extensions.
