Description
The United States Army is soliciting a firm-fixed-price contractor to perform a one-time relocation of medical, clinical, calibrated, and associated support equipment. The scope includes a pre-move site survey and inventory; disassembly; protective packing; loading and transportation; chain-of-custody control; delivery; unpacking; reassembly and reinstallation; post-move inspection; debris removal; and reporting of loss or damage. Equipment includes lockers, dental walls on wheels, an Army Fitness Test turf section, refrigeration units, audiometric booths, a patient examination table, and associated support items. The contractor must furnish personnel, vehicles, material-handling equipment, rigging, packing materials, and protective materials. All services require the physical presence of contractor personnel, and demonstrated experience relocating medical, clinical, or calibrated equipment is required. The contractor must maintain applicable Washington licenses and permits and commercial general liability, cargo, and vehicle insurance sufficient to cover the full replacement value of the equipment. The work is a one-time service and must be completed no later than September 15, 2026; the quote must include a total firm-fixed price and the vendor's CAGE code and SAM UEI.
