Description
The scope of work includes the removal of all existing structures and preparation of the site for a future Los Angeles County Museum of Art project. Work encompasses offsite improvements, utility services, grading, storm drainage, landscape installation, and parking requirements. Additionally, the contractor will relocate the existing walking trail and perform related power and utility work.
