Description
The City of Sunnyvale is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to identify and implement a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution for Public Records Act (PRA) request tracking and eDiscovery. The solution should automate end-to-end workflows for intake, tracking, and fulfilling PRA requests, including secure public disclosure. It must provide eDiscovery capabilities for robust searching, sorting, and filtering of email content, attachments, and other documents. Key features include records collection, review, redaction, legal hold management, audit logging, reporting, and native integration with Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID). The goal is to centralize PRA request management, automate workflow routing and notifications, and maintain defensible audit trails.
