Description
The Pechanga Band of Indians is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to design and build a Recycling Center on the Pechanga Indian Reservation. The project involves constructing a 40ft by 50ft premanufactured steel building on a cement foundation at the existing Pechanga Transfer Station. The building will include an interior office, bathroom, mezzanine for light storage, and utilities. The contractor will produce a coordinated plan and assemble a team to complete the project in collaboration with the Tribe. Required insurance includes General Liability ($1M), Total Aggregate ($2M), Professional Liability ($1M), Motor Vehicle Liability ($1M), and Workers' Compensation (statutory). A mandatory pre-bid site visit is scheduled for July 7, 2026.
