Description
Sweetwater Authority is requesting proposals from qualified engineering firms to provide design services for ADA improvements at its administration building located at 505 Garrett Avenue, Chula Vista, CA. The project aims to eliminate all Priority 1 ADA barriers identified in a prior assessment and develop cost-effective, constructable design solutions compliant with state and federal regulations. The scope includes field verification, ADA compliance analysis, conceptual design alternatives, and preparation of 60%, 90%, and final PS&E packages, as well as bid and construction support. The anticipated completion of final design deliverables is Spring 2027.
