Description
The Town of Mooresville is seeking information and pricing from vendors able to provide a vendor-owned rental and service arrangement for manual wheelchairs at four Town facilities: War Memorial Recreation Center, Selma Burke Recreation Center, Charles Mack Citizens Center, and Talbert Recreation Center. Powered or motorized units are excluded. The vendor would retain ownership and provide delivery, inspections, preventive maintenance, repairs including labor and parts, replacement equipment when units are worn, unsafe, failed, or at end of life, temporary replacement units during service, and documentation of all inspections, maintenance, repairs, and replacements. Vendors should provide monthly or annual rental pricing per wheelchair, including any tiered pricing or volume discounts, and evidence of appropriate insurance coverage. This is an informal, informational market inquiry and does not constitute a formal solicitation or commitment to purchase.
