Description
The City seeks a contractor to furnish labor, materials, equipment, and services to install custom-fabricated decorative steel guardrails with stainless-steel mesh infill and a 48-inch-high decorative welded-wire fence system, including a pedestrian gate. Work includes drilling and anchoring guardrail posts, installing fence and gate posts in concrete footings, coordinating with existing site features, restoring disturbed areas, protecting existing improvements, and completing final cleaning and adjustments. The work must be completed within 60 consecutive calendar days after the Notice to Proceed. The bid requires a 5% bid bond; the selected contractor must provide 100% performance and payment bonds.
