Description
This solicitation is for the procurement of one Trane Precedent packaged rooftop unit (model THK210A4S0N) with a capacity of 17.5 tons, designed for DX cooling and electric heating. The unit includes a 36 kW electric heater, modulating hot gas reheat for dehumidification, and a Symbio 700 control system with BACnet communication. It features a variable-speed direct-drive plenum fan delivering 7000 cfm at 1.932 in H2O total static pressure.
