Description
Guilford County seeks a consulting firm to serve as its strategic Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Journey Partner for a multi-year transformation across Finance, Human Capital Management (HCM), and Budget. The initiative will replace and consolidate the County’s current ERP products into a modern enterprise landscape, including replacement of its Human Resources ERP system and related payroll processing and capital asset tracking and depreciation capabilities. The partner is expected to provide strategic guidance, program-level support, and hands-on execution. Anticipated activities include requirements gathering, ERP product and integrator selection, solution design, implementation, data migration and conversion, testing, organizational change management, deployment, go-live, and stabilization.
