Description
Virginia Railway Express is soliciting bids from one qualified and experienced contractor to supply and deliver railroad lubricating products to its Maintenance and Storage Facilities. Required products include main engine lubricating oil, locomotive Head End Power engine lubricating oil, traction motor support bearing oil, and air compressor lubricating oil. The solicitation includes a scope of work, representations and certifications, bid form certification, bid form, site-specific safety plan, and safety and security guidelines. Bidders must monitor for addenda and submit signed addenda when applicable; failure to do so may result in a nonresponsive bid.
