Jefferson County is soliciting bids for the as-needed purchase and delivery of a broad range of lubricants and related fluids. Required products include diesel and gasoline engine oils, hydraulic oils, aviation and turbine-engine oils, gear and bearing lubricants, transmission fluids, greases, antifreeze and coolants, windshield washer fluid, diesel exhaust fluid, and diesel fuel supplement. Products must meet the listed specifications or approved equivalents, and bidders must provide product specification/data sheets. The scope also includes supplying and maintaining three DEF bulk totes, including dispensing equipment for two totes and a reserve tote. Deliveries may be made in bulk, drums, pails, cases, jugs, or other specified containers to various County departments. This is an indefinite-quantity requirements contract with no guaranteed minimum or maximum purchases. The initial term runs from the date of award through April 30, 2028, with three mutually agreed one-year renewal terms, for a possible total term of five years. Pricing may be adjusted annually based on documented manufacturer price changes.
