Description
Johnson County Community College is soliciting bids for the purchase of 17 Miller XMT 400 ArcReach multiprocess welding units. The solicitation requires the specified Miller Electric brand and model, and no substitutions are accepted. The equipment supports MIG, pulsed MIG, RMD, stick, TIG, flux-cored welding, and air carbon arc cutting and gouging; the attached specifications also describe compatible feeders, remotes, heaters, racks, and other accessories. Responses must include itemized product pricing, freight and delivery charges, warranty information, and any post-sale support. Pricing must be firm, include delivery, and be stated FOB destination. The response must be submitted as a PDF through the college's ProcureWare eProcurement site and follow the required response outline, including the completed Bidder/Proposer Acknowledgement Sheet, product/service costs, contractor exceptions, conflict-of-interest disclosure, and acknowledgment of the solicitation sections and addenda, if applicable.
