The U.S. Navy is soliciting a 100% HUBZone Small Business set-aside for one five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Job Order Contract covering specialty trade construction, supervision, equipment, materials, labor, alterations, repairs, rehabilitation, renovations, and minor construction with minimal design requirements. Work will be ordered through written task orders on a firm-fixed-price basis at various government facilities within Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, Naval Weapons Station Seal Beach, and other approved locations in the NAVFAC Southwest area of responsibility. The contract includes a 24-month base period and one 36-month option period, with an estimated maximum value of $49,000,000 and a minimum guaranteed ordering value of $1,000. Individual task orders are generally expected to range from $2,000 to $1,500,000, although orders may fall outside that range. Proposals will be evaluated using a lowest-price technically acceptable process based on technical approach, experience, past performance, safety, and price for Proposed Task Order 0001. The solicitation will be issued electronically, and no site visit or pre-proposal conference is planned.
