Description
South Holland School District 151 is soliciting sealed bids for one construction bid package covering HVAC controls upgrades and building automation system upgrades at Coolidge Middle School. Bids must be submitted on the provided forms by the stated deadline. A bid bond, cashier’s check, or certified check of at least five percent of the total proposal is required. The successful bidder must provide performance and payment bonds, each equal to 100% of the contract, with a bonding company rated at least A- IX by Best’s Key Rating Guide. Contractors and subcontractors must comply with Illinois prevailing-wage and public-works employment requirements and furnish required insurance coverage.
