Description
Ottawa County, Ohio, is soliciting sealed bids for the unit-price supply and delivery of various chemicals used for drinking water and wastewater treatment during 2027. Bids must be submitted to the Board of County Commissioners at the Ottawa County Courthouse by 10:00 A.M. local time on October 8, 2026, and will then be publicly opened. Copies of the contract documents and specifications may be obtained from the County Sanitary Engineer's Office. The solicitation requires the bidder to submit the applicable bid-guaranty instrument, including either a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond or a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit equal to 10% of the bid, along with the required bid forms and affidavits.
