The City of Cartersville is seeking qualified suppliers to provide treatment chemicals for use at the Clarence B. Walker Water Treatment Plant and the James R. Stafford Water Pollution Control Plant. Each chemical will be awarded as an individual line item, so suppliers may bid on any or all chemicals they are qualified to supply. The solicitation covers water, wastewater, sewer, pH-control, odor-control, corrosion and scale-control, carbon-based, algae and microbe-control, color-control, and hardness-control chemicals. The opportunity is a goods procurement for recurring treatment-chemical supply and delivery.
