The United States Air National Guard is seeking targeted advertising space on digital displays at 10 Kentucky high schools to support recruiting initiatives. Displays must be permanently placed in main entryways or guidance counselor offices, remain visible during standard school hours, and provide sufficient ad rotation for the campaign. The contractor must provide a fully managed turnkey solution, including all hardware, installation, maintenance, content-management software, connectivity, graphic design, and content creation. The displays must support dual use so schools can show announcements, schedules, and educational content alongside the campaign, while restricting displayed content to academic and career-focused material. The contractor must also provide post-campaign proof-of-play reports and estimated impression data based on enrollment and display placement. The required performance period is nine months of active, in-session advertising, commencing no later than September 30, 2026.
