Description
Lubbock Independent School District is soliciting proposals for a fully managed, provider-lit wide area network providing dedicated data transport between 58 instructional and administrative locations. The requested service capacity is approximately 10 to 25 Gbps. The selected provider must furnish, install, configure, transition, upgrade, maintain, and support all provider-owned facilities, equipment, optics, and related services. Respondents must be eligible telecommunications service providers under the E-Rate program, provide their SPIN and FCC Registration Number, and submit a copy of Form 498. The response requires completion of the online solicitation fields and price sheet, three references, required certifications, authorized representative information, and any applicable additional agreements or warranties. The initial contract term is July 1, 2027, through June 30, 2030, with two optional one-year renewals.
