Description
Lubbock Independent School District is seeking proposals for a fully managed, provider-lit Wide Area Network service providing dedicated data transport between the instructional and administrative locations identified in the solicitation. Respondents must be eligible telecommunications service providers under the Federal Communications Commission's E-Rate program and must provide their Service Provider Identification Number, FCC Registration Number, and Form 498—Service Provider Information Form. The initial contract term is July 1, 2027, through June 30, 2030, with two additional one-year renewal options. Pricing must remain firm-fixed during the term and exercised extensions. Respondents must provide recurring monthly WAN pricing and separately identify one-time implementation, installation, construction, transition, and costs ineligible for E-Rate support. The response also requires a completed price sheet, certifications, three references, applicable compliance acknowledgments, and disclosure of any deviations or additional agreements.
