Description
The City of Lubbock is soliciting a contractor to furnish and install new trailer-mounted mobile generator systems for hazard mitigation. The base work includes three new 1,000 kW portable generators, a 500 kW portable generator, 15 kV and 480 V automatic transfer switches, a 4,000 kVA transformer, a 5,000-amp tap box, a 2,000-amp tap box and underground pull box, SCADA integration, HMI updates, electrical distribution equipment, controls, communications, grounding, concrete, site work, fencing, pavement work, testing, commissioning, and related appurtenances. All generators must be from the same manufacturer or brand and include trailers, weatherproof sound-attenuated enclosures, fuel and DEF systems, controls, communications, and accessories.
