New Deal Independent School District is soliciting vendor pricing for Category One Internet access and data transmission services at New Deal High School. The requested bandwidth options are 1 Gbps and 2 Gbps, with contract-term pricing for 12-, 36-, and 60-month periods. The pricing worksheet requires bidders to identify monthly recurring charges, non-recurring charges, and special construction charges separately; disclose assumptions, exceptions, and ineligible costs; and price 30 required static public IP addresses, a required CPE or managed router if not included in the Internet access charge, and any additional equipment or licensing necessary for the proposed solution.
