Description
The City of Sunrise is conducting a Request for Information to determine whether multiple contractors located within the city can supply police and fire rescue uniforms and provide related services. Contractors must maintain product inventory, supply requested items within 60 days of contract execution and subsequent orders within 14 days, provide product samples upon request, and serve as authorized dealers in good standing for the listed manufacturers. Substitutions require prior written approval, and minimum order quantities are not permitted. Required capabilities include an on-site seamstress during normal business hours, 24-hour turnaround for emergent garment revisions, three-business-day turnaround for Class A uniform alterations, sewing patches and applying name tapes, and assigning two dedicated customer service representatives who can respond within 24 hours. This RFI is not a request for pricing or a commitment to purchase; interested firms should submit capability information and backup documentation by email.
